Huge!
How big can art be? On this interactive tour, the children discover sculptures as big as a house. With a detective’s eye, they investigate what artist Phyllida Barlow has created. Is it stone and iron, or perhaps cardboard, foam, and paint? The focus is on looking closely, marveling, and puzzling things out—all at the group’s own pace and according to their curiosity.
During the 90-minute tour, the creative segment gives them a chance to try things out for themselves: the children use paper to design their own imaginative sculptures.
