Philipp Gloger is a visual artist based in Dresden/ Germany. His artistic work deals with topics such as infrastructure, architecture, logistics, technological progress and the increasing flood of information in a world characterized by growth and consumption. Through drawing, collage, painting, and object art, he explores the interplay of chaos and order that prevails above all in urban spaces. This often results in a kind of hidden object picture: in seemingly constructed image sections, a wealth of information is presented side by side and sometimes in layers on top of each other. Gloger fills orderly basic compositions with logos, symbols, and typographic elements from advertising and street art.
