Slop Royal: Breakfast with Franz Joseph
An AI Live Prompting Session for Schools
What if we could meet the emperor for breakfast? Never before has it been so easy to create lifelike characters and bring stories from the past to life. We don’t even need a reference image anymore. Today’s AI models are accelerating the possibilities of image manipulation and challenging our perception. What serves storytelling, and where does deception begin?
At Slop Royal, AI and media artist Stephanie Meisl lets us look over her shoulder as she designs an avatar, sending Emperor Franz Joseph on a journey through the latest AI models. In the live prompting session, we’ll explore the boundaries together.
For the first time, there is an offering for school classes on the topic of AI: in the interactive AI live prompting session, Stephanie Meisl and Christine Koblitz demonstrate how artificial intelligence generates images, videos, and audio. The session combines art, technology, and critical thinking and strengthens students’ reflective media literacy.
